Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept the cancellation of an order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
We are unable to cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase for the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged shipping costs at most once (this also applies to returns).
No restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
